Cleanse face and pat dry. Remove face tape from backing and place between eyebrows in the center of forehead. Leave on for 8 hours, then gently remove. For best results, wear face tape for at least 4 hours daily. If you notice a difference, reduce use to 2-3 times a week. Face tape can be worn overnight.

If skin irritation such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, discontinue use and consult a physician if necessary. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
